I disagree with that article Glynic except for the point that frequent high insulin meal planning is unhealthy.

Oxycholesterol generated from cooking animal fats in air is extremely unhealthy, causing arteriosclerosis and hormonal problems.

Cholesterol by itself isn't unhealthy (the body just makes less of it) but saturated fat is very unhealthy.

But this is off topic for a thread on fructose.
