What do you think of the potential of tacrolimus, 62?
Having experimented with 3rd stage trial military funded smart drugs I feel hypocritical saying it but without therapeutic drug monitoring and being under the care of a medic I would hesitate to use FK506.
Usually only administered to Renal transplant patients.
Having said that I have not explored the drug. Who knows? Did we ever see a chemo drug coming for ME?

I never forget that Kary Mullis the inventor of molecular biology as we know it today as PCR came up with the idea while tripping on acid.

Sirolimus is a similar drug some folks have been having success with
