Sounds good. I've been impressed by reports from their conferences. I wish them well.

I don't know the specific amount awarded, the Awards for All grants can be anything between £300 and £10,000 so the obvious guess is at the upper end of that scale.

The new institute encompasses the Institute of Food Research, which is a partner in the Invest in ME Research on the gut in ME, and the IiMER Centre of Excellence is based at Norwich Research Park, where the IFR/Quadram Institute is based, but includes UEA and Earlham Institute (formerly The Genome Analysis Centre) and the University Hospital.

Founding Director of the Quadram Institute, Ian Charles, gave the keynote speech at the 2015 Invest in ME Conference (IIMEC10). Keynote Speech: Solving ME/CFS: What a Research Park Has to Offer in Resolving a Chronic Disease Such as ME. He's also quoted on the Support for the Invest in ME Research Centre of Excellence page -

The very thought of moving fills me with horror. Perhaps they should all come to me.

I suppose they could send a giant helicopter and pick up my house with me in it, but it would have to be a very quiet helicopter.
