Information sought on situation in the UK for protest

    The cost to the UK economy is estimated to be at least £8.5 billion per annum:

    2. £6.4 billion in 2006 equates to £8.5 billion in 2016 using the Bank of England Inflation Calculator: http://www.bankofengland.co.uk/education/Pages/resources/inflationtools/calculator/default.asp

    There is some data about funding in the CMRC report, although it it important to note that most of the reported UK funding for ME/CFS has been for non-biomedical research (White &a Crawley):
