A number of years ago, people wondered if ME/CFS (CFIDS) might be related to AIDS. I am a lot more concerned that it might be related to/have similar effect as Alzheimer's Disease.

I suspect they're all related...

Interestingly, my CFS doctor's background is in AIDS and he seems to know what he's doing with CFS.

My mom has Parkinson's, and I've been amazed that the latest research there has some overlap with CFS... microbiome disruption, infection, dysfunctional mitochondria, etc.
