Looking Ahead to Change: Little by Little
I don't make New Year's Resolutions. I don't think I ever really did, but the last decade or two would have been enough to stifle that impulse. I've just been too aware that I don't have that much control over what happens in my life.

Sorry I can't provide the link but if you google hypoperfusion celiac you'll find this.

Of course not everyone with gluten intolerance will have celiac disease.

And not every celiac will heal via the gf diet.

This probably answers my hypoperfusion questions.

Don't eat gluten if you shouldn't be eating it that will cause neuropathy and fatigue obviously if you are allergic

    Hi @xks201,

I'm sure you know this but I just wanted to clarify. Celiac disease is an auto immune reaction not an allergy.
