I have pretty severe atrophy on Valcyte, and I am unable to continue due to this. It's of concern to those interested in reproductive function (I am not). Ganciclovir, acyclovir etc have been show to decrease Leydig cell synthesis, I assume it does the same in the female equivalence. I am not able to expound due to illness, but just thought I share my experiences.
