I was prescribed siberian ginseng (eleutherococcus) I didn't know why.

I was fully expecting it to have a bad effect after I read about it in a book as not being so great for M.E.

But I have had no problems with it at all.

This looks like all the information I have been needing.

Can I ask about B12.

My levels are always in the middle of normal.

I am obviously getting enough B12 - but maybe IF can not convert it.

Why then, would taking in more B12 be of any use?

Also where is best to get an IF test in the UK please?

Hi golden - Im just searching like you - glad you got something out of it,me too:)

There are people on here that would know far more about B12 levels than me ?? (wouldnt want to put u wrong)

I have tryed so many things,inc high amounts of B12,along with a good B multi.
I found when i was taking High amounts,my urine was very yellow.
Ive never tryed Ashwaganda,sounds interesting.
Im taking a bovine sourced adrenal concentrate.
