Discussion in 'Detox: Methylation; B12; Glutathione; Chelation' started by hansieg, Sep 18, 2015.
For me, it was only minutes/hours, at a time. Some people use niacin to dampen reactions. I found taking a MB12 when I felt "overmethylated" relieved the symptoms almost immediately. But my experience was in the context of raising folate/B12 levels. Don't know if that's what you're asking about.
Depends what your definition of overmethylation is. Most people use it with regards to COMT status. So in some people, it can last indefinitely.
What are the symptoms of overmethylation please?
Or at least your ones?
Agitation and unrest are some.
