The Real ME: A Stock Photography Resource for the Media
We’ve all seen them in the news stories about ME/CFS: the guy in a suit at the office, yawning; the beautiful woman sitting at her desk with her immaculate make-up and elegantly coiffed hair, hand to her head and looking slightly pained.

    Oops!

Thanks for pointing that out, SDD.

I just went back to the original post and changed the small "h" to a capital.

    Works now. (I think.)

    Not heaping rocks!

As always so poetic. I think have written poetry before - your lines and rhythm have such a natural balance to them - such "homeostasis"; like water flowing downhill.

Yes, when the body works it works well when it doesn't as Poet Gary Snyder says

    "We heap rocks!"

Getting to that grace and ease is what we're all about isn't it?

Victoria's coming up with a book blog for ME/CFS; I should come up with a poetry blog. I love poetry but have pushed it aside with all the other stuff to do; not a good thing really.

    We heap rocks?

    Really?

Actually, I think I'd say when my body isn't working well it feels more like rocks heaped on me. But who am I to quibble with a poet? :)

    Do you write poetry, Cort?
