Right now I am building my b12's up before introducing the methylfolate. I am COMT so I am using dibencozide and hydroxyb12. I take an 1/8th of a diben pill not sure of dose then I worked my way up to half a pill of hydroxyb12. After 5 days at half a pill of the hydroxy I started to feel poorly. Skin went pale energy went low. I had to discontinue. Now I am restarting, I am just wondering if this could be due to a lack of folate and when I should introduce the methylfolate, also how long till after taking the B12 I should take the methylfolate I have seen 15 minutes to anytime. I appreciate any help and feedback!
