I am really concern for my serum Zinc result which is on higher side but at same time its very low in cells. How to make Zinc more bio available?
My Copper is in range but its is in lower range when test it RBC Copper (intracellular range). Also Homocystine and b6 are higher side but my Taurine ( Zinc and b6) are low intracellular.
This is ION transport protein problem since Potassium has same issues.
Please comment on it as how to make them bio available.
    many thanks,

That's a really good question. I don't know the answer, but while I was trying to go to sleep I remembered that when I was reading about making an electrolyte drink that it said that you should add some glucose because that gets the electrolytes into the cells.

Now if you are insulin resistant, even the glucose won't be able to get the electrolytes into the cells. You know how people with diabetes have to stay away from salt and need to take a lot of potassium? I don't know if that pertains to zinc and B6, though, and I'm too tired to search it out.

    Are you hypothyroid or hypoadrenal?

What to do about insulin resistance?

I have results available of urine kryptopyrrole osmolality and serum histamine as well.
These are few tests as CBC and Iron results are also available. My point is as I think I have problems with low BH4 that why my Tyrosine level are low. Now I am really concern that who will help me to interrupt all these results and give me true answer.
Please advise me for this as well.
    Many thanks

Taurine helps get/keep potassium and magnesium in the cells. I don't know about other minerals. My low potassium finally came up after I started taking taurine.
