High NK cell toxicity???

I got my blood values; very strange and not the typical cfs values:
The natural killer cell toxicity is 55%.
My doc said that's better than some of his "healthy" patients.
My TNF-alpha is low: 88 pg/ml.
Cd57 is very low (28) but borreliose is negative.
I have a slight T2 shift but it's not tremendous.
And now?????
Tnfa low means no inflammation and high nk cell toxicity means a good immune function BUT
I'm still bedridden.
ATP Production is very low (ATP test after blockage)
So should I just treat my mitos???

In the picture is my Th1/Th2 blood work.
On the left side are the latest values, on the right sight are the values from 2013 (cfs free time).

Cfs for 8 months (newbie).
Big crash (bedridden) after vaccination 6 weeks ago.

Can you experts give me an advice what I should do please ;-)

Thank you
