High methionine & taurine levels - what does this mean?

Hi,

I have just had the test results back from an Organic acids test (urinary). I wanted to check if i have any methylation issues (which i believe i do have).

All my vitamin markers were normally (including B12 and folic acid) but i have a few amino acid's which were out of the normal range:

High methionine 82
High taurine 537
Very high y-Aminobutyric Acid 41(protein amino acid)
Low Glycine 752
Low Valine 28

I am struggling to understand what this means…..can anyone help me?
