A lack of vitamin D has been found to be related to Multiple Sclerosis incidence. So even if high doses of vitamin D worked with Multiple Sclerosis, it might tell us little or nothing about ME/CFS.

Actually this protocol is not for MS, it is for auto immune conditions and immune disturbances. This doctor threats Crohn's disease and some other conditions as well. But anyway there is no proof that it can work in CFS. I just gave it a chance because my Vit D levels are always low, especially when my CFS started with an MS-like attack and also someone from a related Facebook group said that his fatigue got much better after 2 months and everyone should just try it.

The only thing is, if you take like 5.000 - 10.000 IU a day, you are basically not trying this guys approach. His method to calculate the necessary megadose level is based mostly on serum PHT level and we're talking about crazy 80.000 - 100.000 IU doses daily :)
