Im diagnosed with gut dysbiosis (very high bacteroidetes 46% instead of 10 %, RED Labs) by KDM.
Is there another way to treat this than taking ABX. They were high with a high carb, low protein dairy free diet, and were also high with a ketogenic, low protein, low/ no carb, diary free, gluten free diet.
All my other markers for leaky gut are ok, Zonulin, soluble CD14, only sIgA was a bit low.
I don't know if KDM's ABX protocol works for this and I would like to support it by diet.
But I think it is quit difficult to get the bactericides into normal range. They are actually not bad ones, but can be bad if they get to much.
