High B12, Homozygous for a few SNPs

I'm new to 23andme and SNP's. I've done a lot of reading but I'd love some input from someone who is a bit more savvy with regards to SNPs.

I've always had high serum b12, it was never crazy high so Docs never seemed concerned. I'v recently done 23and me and found the following SNP's:

homozygous for C677T of MTHFR
A66G (G,G)
CBS C699T (A,A)

Are there any other SNP's that I should look for? Could the high b12 be due to my body not being able to process folic acid?

My Vit D is low and when I supplement I get a bit of a fast heart rate. :(

Any ideas, suggestions or general comments would be appreciated!

thanks
