    VDR Taq: Vitamin D3 (If those levels are too low, which is the case for most people)
    BHMT: TMG
    MTHFR/MTRR: Methylfolate + MethylB12 (HydroxyB12 if MethylB12 isn't tolerated well)
    SOD2 and NAT2: Manganese and anti-oxidants

    Not everyone feels better when supplementing vitamin D, even when blood levels are low. There are several threads discussing it.
    @ohtheennui in my signature there is a link to "Freddd's protocol" -- you can look up the ducuments by caledonia, which are very helpful to kickstart your research on methylation SNPs.
