    Hi,

My doc recently tested me for candida and said I had an overgrowth. As I was already taking pro biotics he told me to start taking anti fungals (caprylic acid).

After 3 days of taking the caprylic acid 1 a day (600mgs) I started to get worse headaches and after 3 weeks at one a day my symptoms are still quite bad.

I heard that this could be a herx or die off reaction, does anyone know how long it can last for? I read online that a typical herx reaction is only 3 days

    Thank you :)
