I been reading the boards on and off. I don't usually have energy to post or at least post something that makes sense. Alot of what I read in books, on-line, hear from doctors usually leaves me feeling kinda depressed. So I came across this one book that has 50 personal stories of CFS/ME recoveries!! I'll try and post a link but in case it does not work, it's called- Recovery from CFS/ME- 50 personal stories by Alexandre Barton.

Recovery from CFS: 50 Personal Stories

Anyone know of any other good books I can read?
