Type 2, long before ME/CFS, but I am a bit unusual as I am skinny and have never been overweight. Always had a fairly healthy diet and exercised regularly (before ME/CFS).

I have the genetic potential for type 1 and type 2 (23andme and promethease). A grandmother had late onset type 2 and a cousin had juvenile type 1.

Additional question, for those with type 2 diabetes, have you experienced severe symptoms for much of the time, eg bedbound, weight loss or hard to keep weight on?

As of last week, my vote is changed from "No" to "Type 2 after ME onset". I came down with a virus in mid-December, started to feel a little better, then got super fatigued and started peeing more. I find it somewhat amusing that diabetes involves fatigue far more than ME/CFS does :p
