I have had these symptoms and even my Doc who is a expert in his field can't explain them
This happens in addition to normal fatigue and happens in about a 30 minute time frame

1 Overwhelming feeling of sleepines,
2 When I awake heart pounding (not fast but deep)
3 Deep thirst and strong desire to urinate
That's it

It started when I began the methylation protocol went away for a few years and now it's back
and happens just about every day

Any idea what it is?

Thanks
