Hair mineral analysis labs, where to order/

I understand that Trace elements lab and ARL lab are the best when it comes to hair mineral analysis because they don't wash the hair.
Unfortunately it's not possible to order from them directly. Does anyone know where to order a hair mineral test without having to visit a doctor?
