I tested sleeping with a grounding wrist band and found that it doubled my healing rate. World class cyclists use as well.

If anyone needs to do this on the cheap, order a $5 anti-static wrist band and attach it to a nail in the ground of your electrical outlet. Use duct tape and it works just as well as the more expensive ones.

I'm glad this works for you :)
when I did it it made me extra alert and wired.

I wore a copper wire around my wrist, it was connected to the central heating, all plumbing is grounded in the Netherlands. Sometimes when I sleep in my Faraday Cage I ground it in the same way.
