At least the Brits seem to be somewhat learning from the giant US science experiment on it's population for the past 20 years. They're questioning adding folic acid to bread, but it's already in cereals and pasta. In the US, it's in bread, cereals, pasta, etc., basically everywhere. They don't mention this specifically in the article, but folic acid is bad for people with MTHFR mutations. That's us folks. So in addition to whatever measures you've been taking to improve methylation, you should also avoid fortified grain products. Just read the label to see if folic acid has been added.
