Fightback4Justice - provides assistance with DWP benefits:

Feedback required (UK)

Does anyone have experience of using this fee paying service for help with DWP benefit applications, disputes, appeals etc ?

Website:
http://www.fightback4justice.co.uk

We have received some positive reports but would like to have more feedback before adding this fee paying service to our list of recommended sources of further help on DWP benefits

If you would prefer to contact the MEA direct please do so via: admin@meassociation.co.uk

Thanks

I have used them for an appeal. I haven't had the result of that yet but found them well worth the money. Came up with things I would never have thought of myself simply because this is day to day life for me so things like handrails just didn't enter my line of thought. Very professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend them.

They have been mentioned on the disability news service website, so they seem legitimate.

£ 4.99 for level 1 access and £11.99 a month with level 2 access is a lot of money though!! It is only £19 a year with benefits and work.

It's good to know they are worth the money. May reconsider!!

Important to remember that you might need their services for months and months. My original claim for PIP was made last September....and we have asked to go to tribunnal just a few weeks ago ( could be months more before it happens)

The delights of a joint ESA claim await us later in the year. The CAB are free!

Yes but you can join monthly and use it then quit. The monthly payment there is to access files to help yourself.

Or you can pay a one off fee to them for them to help with a particular part for that set fee without that monthly payment so if you go down that route, you know how much you're paying upfront.
