That's what I keep saying I feel like I have an infection or low grade fever through night and when I first get up but as you say it's finding out where and what?
Thanks for all the info.

. I started feeling unwell at the end of November when I woke up with vertigo, head pressure and headaches and these seem to ease and then the nausea, loose bowels, fatigue, sweating started and now my back pains in either side.

I wonder if it is possible seeing you have back pains in either side, if you have a kidney infection? A while ago, one of sisters had issues with pain for there for a while and it turned out to be a serious kidney infection, she ended up in hospital I think it was for a week on a drip, she'd had pain in that area for 2-3mths.

I have had m.e for 12 years but this last 2 months i have had debilitating fatigue. I have no energy what so ever and my eyes water and feel heavy and fatigued. I am also having night sweats, nausea and loose bowels.
Has anyone tried anything that helps with any of these?

ME/CFS can change in time. Ive gone thou 3-4 completey different manifestations of it over the 17 years Ive had the issue, with new symptoms coming in over time.

with the loose bowels.. I'd be askig your doctor for a referal to see a gasto specialist for more ideas on what may be going on. You could of developed IBS or you may of developed new food issues eg lactose intollerance or have a parasite (I didnt have food issues with my ME till after the 10 year point). Sounds like you thou have some kind of infection going on. (I wish I'd gone to see a gastro far sooner then I did, every time Ive seen one its been helpful).

I'd think the fatigue is a result of whatever is causing the other issues.. so I suggest to look to trying to work out what is the cause of those other issues (food, parasites etc).

I take a prescription pharmacutical for my nausea when its bad which really helps. I wouldnt do that thou if I didnt know what was triggering it in case I was masking something. My nausea is triggered by exertion.. so part of those symptoms. (the POTS thou can also give me nausea if Ive been upright too much)

Thanks taniaaust1.
My gp referred me yesterday to see a gastroenterologist but don't know how long it will take. I agree I think the nausea, loose bowels and the overwhelming fatigue is all linked. I don't think the gastro will know much about parasites though you know what it's like.
How has the gastro helped you?
I had an endoscopy and sigmoidoscopy a few years ago and they said I had gastritis and ibs but I didn't feel like this with it.
