I saw a wonderful doctor yesterday in Melbourne for my allergies and asthma and excema and skin rednesses
Dr Katherine Nicholls.
She was brilliant, lovely well-informed and just a delight
Very interested in POTS and EDS
DId all the right testing and up to date with treatment and info.
Free with a GP referral to allergy clinic at Royal Melbourne Hospital
(Nearly everyone I have seen at RMH has been brilliant !)
You cannot specify the doctor there alas though and she does not see patients privately

eg at one stage I had to wait for the allergy tests and I sat in the wrong place so they missed me for a while till they found me again- when they did she came out and personally apologised even though it was really my fault !
She even offered to let me lie down throughout the consult.
Wonderful experience all round.
