    Doing pilates with machines where I am lying down most of the time lets me keep my HR below 100 as it is mostly anaerobic.

    I think I was doing 3,000mg for 1 month then maintenance doses (don't remember what should it be). Kefir to protect the gut.

    I really don't know what has help HR except that for me 90s means I am on relapse, So it means I have to cut back in daily life activity until I see it lower.
