Ah, yes, just checking that you're awake and alert! (Glad someone is!)

So, yes, I think the point you made is correct: the Likert results were significant at 70 weeks.

But I would need to double-check to be certain.

Although Larun has now said that they were not in their review of them. Someone is playing tricks on me!

Exercise therapy beneficial for some ME/CFS patients says the independent Cochrane Collaboration in new meta-analysis on exercise therapy.

Any thoughts on this? Is there no evidence to support the claim that exercise therapy makes some patients worse?
That statement is possibly accurate based on the papers reviewed. Given that the search list would not have included studies that show the harm. Given that most studies showing harm are not RCTs. Given that the studies done do not look for or measure the kinds of harm typical in CFS or ME ... so when don't find harm you might find in other conditions seem to make the claim that they didn't find something irrelevant to ME or CFS, so there is nothing relevant to be found.

This review has a scope of reference that the evidence showing the damage would have been overlooked. Its a failure in EBM protocols.

I bet it does not properly independently evaluate the methodological soundness of the papers either. A review that did that should reject the entire pace trial, and there goes most of their data.
