what could cause a sudden elevation in these two?
    How do I lower them?
Could this be pcos -I have not gotten a period in four months

It could be pcos, but isn't necessarily. If you can get to an endocrinologist, particularly one who specializes in pcos and other such illnesses, they can order other tests to confirm or deny pcos. There are women who have high levels of these hormones, but don't have any specific reason why.
