    I thought this was a handy article all about sodium and salt.

    It includes a table of foods that are high in sodium and a salt to sodium conversion table (e.g., x grams salt = y grams sodium).

    I should add that sodium is only part of the equation for patients with Orthostatic Intolerance. Folks also need to be aware of their intake of fluids as well, plus potassium and other electrolytes.
