the last couple of months (about the same time i have been on methylation protocol) my heels have become very dry and flakey, not sore or anything, but this is very new for me. Im 30, and ive never had this problem before. I know its not uncommon for some people, but for me it is a very new development.

I wonder if it could have anything to do with potassium. Anyone know, or got a view on it?
