Let's do it for ME is the campaign raising funds for the Invest in ME UK Centre of Excellence.

We have received a generous offer to match donations to the Let's do it for ME! fundraising page on Everyclick - for to a total of 1300 - for two weeks ending midnight Sunday 11th September - or until such time as the total has been reached and starting ... NOW!

for all details see here http://letsdoitforme.blogspot.com/

BTW when you look here http://www.everyclick.com/doit4me it is over 1300 - this was money there before, the matched total has not been reached yet, this only started yesterday.

Hi Kate

Just when i wanted to reply to your post i saw you are promoting our Facebook Fundraising Group in your signature. Thank you very much.

I think it would be great to have a center of excellence in Europe, hopefully in the end it will be more than one, but we have to start somewhere.

I will check my situation and if i can do it i will make a small donation before the matching period ends.

Thanks eric.

It would be great to have something like this in Europe wouldn't it, from the website http://letsdoitforme.blogspot.com/p/centre.html

Invest in ME are supporters of the Whittemore Peterson Institute (WPI) of Nevada, USA, and have funded UK research by WPI. It has European connections and links to other researchers and institutes in Europe and Australia. The WPI have expressed their support for the charitys efforts in establishing a translational biomedical research base in Norwich and have agreed to cooperate.

To those considering donating,
P.S. When you make a donation, don't forget to check the Gift Aid box if you're a UK taxpayer as then your charity can claim an extra 25% from the government!
