I have chronic low blood pressure and 2 yrs ago was dx with POTS as well as having bradycardic events. I rarely have POTS anymore but now have OH.

I have can get periods of PEM quite easily, with very little exertion and often but not always, it correlates with lower than usual blood pressure. I assume that's the norm for us with CFS but perhaps not?

Does anyone experience PEM yet have normal BP recordings?
