About to do some Bioscreen Fecal testing(again) and am anout to start baclofen because it may aid sleep(almost impossible without 150mgs endep each night)

Any thoughts on its(baclofen) effects on GI ecology?

    Hi Sammy,

My legs were jerking really badly at night and I had a lot of pain (this was after a road traffic accident). Baclofen helps with this.

Thank you. I guess the muscle relaxent properties are notable.

I'm hope-ing it helps sleep via drowsiness it causes.

I've take baclofen for muscle cramping/pain for about 2 and a half months. I haven't noticed any impact on my GI health, but admittedly it wasn't particularly good before I started the baclofen.
