I am taking Acetyl-l-Carnitine for a while now.
I am wondering if it displaces anything, and if there is some mineral/vitamin I should be supplementing with?
    I read the aceytl-l-carnitine can mal-affect thyroid somehow (?)

Aceytl-l-carnitine is one of only a few supplements that I can say have worked for me in terms of brain fog, mental clarity etc. But I am sure there is some playoff somewhere...
