Can anyone point me to a flow chart of how to diagnose metabolic disorders? My son has had lots of blood work done, and almost everything comes back out of range so we're having a hard time trying to figure out how to treat. He is 3 1/2 years old, and has recently been diagnosed with ASD. He is currently on b12 injections and a host of other supplements. Here are some of the findings:

Very Low: RBC Chromium
Very Low: RBC Vanadium
Low Carnitine
High RBC Antimony, Cadmium
Low RBC of most Essential Minerals
Homocysteine Plasma 3.5 umol/L (0-15 range)
Glutathione Low
All Amino Acids Low
All Neurotransmitters Low
Lipds low.

If there is another test that would be helpful, we probably have it somewhere. I have also attached his SNP's, but they don't explain the extent of his problems.
