Doc /Practitioner specialised in methylation / detox issues?

I got diagnosed with CFS a year ago and am convinced that i have methylation issues (recent Yasko testing revealed several double mutations (CBS / A360A, MTRR / A66G, MAO A / R297R). A recent liver detox test also revealed that i have a sluggish Phase 2 and a few years back i did the adrenal stress index which showed i have stage 3 adrenal fatigue. I am currently considering doing a methylation pathway test (on a functional level) to see what the current status of my methylation pathways are.

I know a lot of people on this forum have decided to experiment with various methylation protocols themselves, but i am wary to do so alone. Each time i have tried to take B12, methylfolate or any other supplement targeting detoxification (e.g. DIM, turmeric) i have felt very unwell and have become anxious and shaky. On one occasion i ended up in my GP's office!

I am therefore looking for a doctor / practitioner (based in Europe / UK) who has some knowledge of methylation. Dr Lynch's site lists a few practitioners in the UK who have completed his course on Methylation and Nutrigenomics I and II. Has anyone tried any of these doctors / practitioners out? I have read about Nikki Gratrix who specialises in helping CFS patients and has also completed Dr Lynch's course.

Any advice / suggestions would be useful

    Hello @Tashy32 !

I was wondering of you ever found a good practitioner for methylation/solution to this problem as I have the exact issues you describe with Freddd's protocol.

Also, what liver detox test did you do? I think that's my main issue too!

Thanks a lot for your help on this!
