Do some react badly to Quatrefolic, but do well with other forms?

I am wondering about the glucosamine sat in quatrefolic, if someone has a CBS mutation is it better to stick to other forms of methylfolate? I've been taking quatrefolic which worked very well at first, but then for some reason started getting an allergic reaction to it. I have a single CBS mutation, but haven't reacted badly to any other sulfur supplements before (nac, msm).

Does Quatrefolic contain sulfur? L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate does not.
Have you tried Metafolin?

ETA: I have one CBS mutation too (C699T) but I do well with both
