I think my brain fog got worse when I switched from Prozac to Paxil. I'm not sure if Prozac actually helped my brain fog or if Paxil just caused the brain fog.

Do ADs help brain fog?

I'm a long-term AD user. I've been taking Cymbalta for several years. It's great for depression (unless I'm in the middle of a long crash) but I can't say it's good for anything else. I certainly experience brain fog.
