hey guys, i have had an old symptom creeping back in - difficulty speaking.

i for sure get this when I crash hard, and I have accepted that as part of the package. But, this kind is different- my body is not necessarily tired, it's just literally like I can't get enough air to speak, but i feel ok though otherwise!

I used to get this all the time but resolved it with high doses of salt water, that hasn't changed. so i'm a bit confused..

I have started valtrex so perhaps this is correlated?

any thoughts or suggestions?

thanks!

Anyone have any ideas?

nope, my speaking issues I used to get were completely different and nothing to do with getting air but more to do with my brain and inability to put sentences together or find the words. This sounds more like a breathing issue eg people who are getting asthma may find it hard to speak.

alice if you havent done so, I think you should mention this to your dr
