Hmmm after reading I won´t be sticking strictly to a low FODMAP diet, I am already bonkers with my diet which is semi-optimal. Maybe I´ll make a twitch to it though having this in consideration. Maybe change apples by bananas?
I really think from my experience that this FODMAP study is legit, because the thing that causes more rapid and intensely gut inflammation for me is raw honey = super FODMAP bomb.
