I have this, too. I think its fairly common with us. Vasopressin is made in the posterior pituitary along with oxytocin and is one of the areas not protected by the blood brain barrier so inflammation or problems in the CSF can alter this part quicker, thus knocking out these hormones. When i overexert or am feeling crappy i also lose my ability to orgasm. Not physically, i just feel nothing meaning my oxytocin is down.

I think much like everything else, this is repairable if we can recover but in the meantime need to drink ass loads of water and keep electrolyres up
