Here is a link to the clinic. From my own experience I would definitely call them.
The staff is friendly and I , who don´t have English as my native language, had no problem to communicate with them.

I second "ringing"--then you can get available appointment times and dates and choose one rather than emailing back and forth. Just note their hours on the website as they are closed some afternoons.
