Hi there, While going over a supposedly well reviewed OCD protocol by Dr Mary Reed, I found out that strengthening myelin may also improve CFS. However, I found out that she strictly advises against coffee as a pre-requisite to improving myelin. Does anyone know of any scientific literature supporting coffee not being good for myelin? The only published study I found said the opposite. But Dr Reed maintains that strongly and says most such research is funded by coffee makers. Was wondering if anyone has any experience or advise?
