    Hi there,

While going over a supposedly well reviewed OCD protocol by Dr Mary Reed, I found out that strengthening myelin may also improve CFS. However, I found out that she strictly advises against coffee as a pre-requisite to improving myelin. Does anyone know of any scientific literature supporting coffee not being good for myelin? The only published study I found said the opposite. But Dr Reed maintains that strongly and says most such research is funded by coffee makers. Was wondering if anyone has any experience or advise?

Is there a medical test that determines if you have Myelin Sheath issues?

I think it is one of the things considered with MS (multiple sclerosis). They do MRI of your brain, not sure what else.
