    It is but I have noticed I feel much better when I don't eat it. Then I miss it so much after a while I go overboard when I do decide to have some:bang-head:

    I am able to take a hiatus from cheese, but once I start eating it again I can't stop.

    Love cheese. Eat loads of it every day. Managed not to eat it for 2 years when I was a vegan, but back on it now. Just looking at the picture on that article caused a release of happy hormones. Gonna go and eat some cheese right now.

    @minkeygirl

    You are on a roll. Keep it coming as you're providing my afternoon entertainment.

    However, I would dispute the above study. I think chocolate is probably the most addictive food. At least for me, but n=1. :D

    There are times I can't afford cheese. At those times, I find myself thinking about it ALL the time; now I know why ...

    I think you're in denial about your addiction and an intervention may be needed.

    Cheese is high in tyrosine, a precursor to dopamine, the feel good hormone.

    I love blue cheese, but my husband loathes it. He says it gives you ass breath. If so, I consider it a small price to pay!
