Changing triggers, breakthrough symptoms...how do I deal with this?

After initial worsening, many of my MCAS symptoms improved: IBS, constant runny nose, post-nasal drip, itching. Now things seem to be changing/creeping back in and I don't know why.

I suspect that I'm experiencing the beloved "this didn't used to be a trigger but now it is / sometimes my body hates everything but other times it's fine" phenomenon. Wtf causes this? Is there any way to manage it?

**I'm currently taking: twice daily pepcid, & allegra, and thrice daily ketotifen (2mg) to manage MCAS. I'm also on many other meds/vitamins for other issues.
