CFIDS Association of America adding two new positions?

I stumbled across this while searching for something else on the Internet. It appears that the CFIDS Association of America is hiring a couple new employees, a Director of Development, and something called a "engagement manager".......

The Director of Development status appears to be confusing to me.... It is not easily accessed on the Internet.

They're 'rebranding' as a patient-centered scientific org. That would be great if they actually intend to be patient-centerd rather than CDC- centered. Call me cynical, but I'm thinking this is just PR not what they actually intend to do. I would really love it if they actually did this.
