CD8 low, B-cells (CD19) high: What might be the cause?

I'm having low T-cells and a bit higher B-cells for years now.

Total T-cells came back recently at 700 /ul with T8 at 178 /ul (normal > 300) and T4 at 500 /ul. B cells (CD19) are at 23 % (normal 5-10 %).

Does anyone have an idea what might be the cause for this, and maybe for what I can look (e.g. viruses and so on).
